We are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Functional & Integration Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our ServiceNow platform's functionality and integrations to streamline business processes and improve overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Configuration: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
Integration Development: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services, and scripting languages.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Workflow Automation: Develop and optimize workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate manual processes and enhance efficiency within ServiceNow.
Service Portal Development: Create and maintain user-friendly Service Portals, making it easier for end-users to request services and access information.

Required skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including functional configuration and integration development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting languages used in ServiceNow, such as GlideScript.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services and API integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Design, develop, build, and customize applications.
• Administrate the workflows on the software, implement new systems or add-ons.
• Ensures operational integrity of workflows and configurations.
• Commit to the continuous improvement and learning development of ServiceNow emerging trends and technology.
• Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for the operations of the ServiceNow platform.
• Create, maintain, and enhance team dashboards, analytics, and reporting.
• Advise on features and functionality.
• Participating in work teams with stakeholders in IT, Project Management Office (PMO), vendors, and other
business practice groups from an application development life cycle perspective.
• Resolve ServiceNow incidents and fulfill routine service requests.
• Monitor ServiceNow enhancement work queue.
What will you need to succeed in this role?
• 2-4 Years of experience as ServiceNow Administrator.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Testing on E -Bonding and integration is required.
• Ability to configure tools.
• Experience in ServiceNow Test automated framework (ATF)– should have automated at least couple of regression suites.
• Incident, problem, change, CMDB, asset, service catalogue.
• Ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools).
• Worked on testing Service Now platform upgrades/patches.
• Responsible for analyzing functional requirements needed for Quality Testing.
• Lead Development effort of solutions in ServiceNow Mainline Applications (ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HR, ITOM, etc.)
• As part of a broader ServiceNow team, you will be able to work with many other ServiceNow professionals across the globe to provide input on setting standards and path forwards to collectively deliver global solutions internally through presentations and Daily/Weekly discussions.
• Assist with the planning, strategy, and implementation of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
• Must have an experience in Selenium.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Experience leading and directing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:

• Accreditations / Certifications in ServiceNow.

• Knowledge in IT Operations Management, Service Management, and ITIL foundation is critical, with the ability to relate concepts to implementation strategies.
• Consultative skills for software service delivery to lead customers to improve their processes and organizational models.
