BACKGROUND
MJB Technology Solutions has been present in North America and India since 2002. MJB is a multi-solution provider to large spectrum of clients across the globe. We have nearly a decade of outsourcing experience across a range of Industry Verticals with strong adherence to industry standards. Our offshore development centers are certified with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 27001:2005, and are assessed at CMMi Level 3 and we follow three level security. With over 400 staff we are capable to handle orders of any size, the largest and most complex technology challenges, but not so large that clients get lost in bureaucracy. LEADERSHIP TEAM
Mark has been a technology industry leader for over 15 years. His experience spans organizational strategy, customer relationship management, corporate governance, risk management, and operations. As a founder of MJB Technology Solutions ("MJB"), Mark has been responsible for the company's high-touch customer relationship and delivery excellence model.
Prior to founding MJB he was with Catalytic Software as Chief Financial Officer and led Finance and Sales functions. Previously, Mark was CFO with Wildseed Ltd, a Seattle start-up, where he raised second round funding and structured bank financing. While there, he was also responsible for Human Resources and Information Technology departments. Wildseed Ltd. was acquired by AOL in 2005. Prior to that Mark worked at KPMG in Vancouver, Canada where he was Senior Manager responsible for eBusiness. He also worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers in their Audit Department. Mark is a Chartered Accountant and has served on numerous community boards. Mark holds a Bachelor of Economics from Simon Fraser University.
Satish Karri has over 15 years of experience in Software Industry. He has been catering different needs of various clients across the globe and has been successfully delivering the defect-free projects on-time. He is responsible for validating estimates & budgets, staffing resources, mitigating risks, and tailoring the delivery methodologies. He has proven track record of delivering word-class solutions to suit unique business needs of Fortune 500 clients, led scope change management-estimation, implementation & releases, provided pre-sales support, and helped accounts team on closures & payment realizations. He has hands-on experience on delivering productivity through optimal resource utilization, and code-reuse & best automated testing practices. He has involved in the complete cycle of implementing ISO 9000:2008, ISMS 27001:2005, and CMMi Level 3 and helped meeting the QA goals.
In USA - he worked for Ramtech Info Services Inc. and in India, he successfully completed various assignments on different verticals for domestic clients including Mahendra Satyam, Wipro, Kernex Microsystems, Dr Reddy’s, and ICRISAT. He has deep passion towards mentoring people, identifying right trainings, and providing feedback & motivating people to meet the team commitments and client targets.
Satish has been awarded Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Master Degree in Computer Applications from Andhra University, India.
Praveen K. Pallala, Delivery manager at MJB for Mobile Apps., and Development Services. Mr. Pallala has over 13 years of experience representing in Client Server, Web and Mobile technologies. Mr. Pallala has handled clients from UK, CANADA, USA and India. He is a proven leader with deep expertise in developing strong client relationship, a passion for building outstanding team and a disciplined focus on operations and execution. His expertise in Client Server, Web and mobile technology helped clients achieve their targets with quality.
In his career with MJB, Mr. Pallala has held a wide variety of leadership positions across key parts of MJB's business. He has proven his expertise in implementing agile methodology. Mr. Pallala had actively participated in CMMI L-3 certification.
Mr. Pallala was awarded with Role of Honour by Mr.B. Ramalinga Raju from Satyam Computers services Limited. He holds Master of Computer Applications from University of Osmania Hyderabad, INDIA.
Ch. Rama Koteswara Rao has over 20 Years of experience. His experience spans User Experience engineering, leading highly creative team of Graphics Designers, Animators, Copy writers and work together with the development team. At MJB as a creative Director R.K.Rao has been responsible to coordinate and supervise art department in order to keep high standards of execution and concept within a given amount of time. He is the key instrumental in coordination between the design team and development team.
Prior to MJB Ch. Rama Koteswara Rao was with SPSoft as head multimedia department and designed & developed Multimedia PC Apps, games and web games. With his extensive experience he can advise the clients in order to maintain the highest quality possible for our projects.
Sriram PV has overall 13+ years of diverse management experience in QA & QC, Design, Multimedia and Web. His responsibilities include but not limited to software testing, strategic management of test teams, and Internal Process Audits. He successfully implemented CMMi-L3 Quality System and achieved registration. He is also responsible for Management consulting to identify organizational strengths and weaknesses against industry norms.
He is having high end expertise in implementation of organization-wide changes based on industry standard models like CMMi, ISO 9001:2008, and ISMS. He successfully worked with different teams and client side associates to build agreements, guidelines, and standards in order to resolve issues and create consistent practices. He is also experienced in initiating projects, estimation of testing, getting the requirements and performing knowledge transfer. He has extensive work experience with clients like Wipro, EMC, and Marriott etc.
